With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art with a concentration in painting and ceramics, Jessica Kim of Little Brown Box uses mixed metals and components made of wood, ceramics, and semi-precious stones to make modern jewelry that is affordable for individuals with active lifestyles. Wood pieces are handcut and sanded before stains and paints are applied. Ceramic pieces are handbuilt and twice fired using beautifully vibrant glazes.
