Kristin Ellis is metalsmith and enamelist, having exhibited her work widely in galleries and art festivals for over 30 years. She has taught both disciplines for a decade. For Kristin, making art is an exploration where she follows an intuitive path toward a balance of soft curves and dynamic angles, vivid colors and subtle textures. Employing traditional metalsmithing and kiln-fired glass enameling techniques, she works with precious as well as reclaimed materials to create her unique art.
