Founded in 2016, the Columbia Film Festival aims to introduce Howard County audiences to the best in world, national, and local cinema, and is dedicated to inspiring and reflecting the diverse community it serves.
Now beginning it’s 5th Season, The Columbia Film Festival presents films from all genres, including features, shorts, documentaries, world cinema, special themes, Maryland based films, as well as works by student filmmakers.

We also have a special 5th Anniversary celebration & reception in person at the Horowitz Center starting at 6PM followed by a live screening in Monteabaro Hall of selected Maryland Short films with an onstage filmmaker & cast Q&A on Jun 24th.
