Jeanne Reif is the artist and founder of Windsong Laser Studio, where she creates intricately designed wooden works that explore structure, light, and visual movement. Her creative path has long been rooted in design and pattern, but it was during the disruption of 2020 that she fully stepped into her studio practice, discovering that working with wood opened the door to a renewed sense of purpose.

Blending modern technology with traditional craftsmanship, Jeanne digitally develops each design before translating it into wood through precision cutting and thoughtful construction in her Maryland studio. The result is illuminated wooden work that balances visual lightness with structural strength.

Inspired by light, nature, and design traditions across cultures, Jeanne studies patterns found in architecture and the natural world, allowing rhythm and repetition to guide the eye across each piece. Her collection includes illuminated lamps, wall works, select jewelry designs, and heirloom wooden games — all unified by a commitment to detail, craftsmanship, and warmth.
