5 TIME EMMY AWARD WINNER

Description:  AFTER FOREVER is the story of Brian and Jason, whose love and marriage were supposed to last forever until one day, ‘forever’ is cut short, Brian must now learn to negotiate, not only his grief, but the world as a, now, single gay man in his early 50’s and his friends (gay and straight) must learn to to deal with love and loss as well. It’s a love story with a twist, that speaks to everyone.  Columbia Film Festival was proud to present Season 1 last year and Season 2 continues to receive critical raves. AFTER FOREVER Season 2 leads this year’s Emmy race, entering into the final Blue-Ribbon Round with 9 Emmy pre-nominations, again including one for Outstanding Digital Daytime Drama Series 2020.

Creators, Michale Slade and Kevin Spirtas, set out to create a series focused on 50-ish gay men… who too often disappear from the canvas of popular entertainment. We are thrilled that AFTER FOREVER has found universal appeal and we would love to continue making sure communities all over the world are able to share in our message.
